WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE INCLUDED?

We give you access to a huge range of training options and experts, including boxing, yoga, bootcamps, personal trainers, nutritionists, running clubs and much more.

 

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SESSION?

Simple, you pay the trainer or facility directly. No payments are taken through the app itself.

 

WHAT IF I AM NOT A MEMBER OF THE GYM / FACILITY I WANT TO TRAIN OR ATTEND A CLASS AT?

If access fees (casual rates) apply, these should be included in the fitness experts profile bios. If you are unsure about cost, you can message through I.AM and ask.

 

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

You can book a session directly through the app via text message. Either ask for the trainers availability, suggest a date and time to train or look at the fitness experts timetable and message to check availability.

The fitness expert will need to confirm the session. Once confirmed, you can choose to add the session to your phone calendar and you’re ready to go.

 

CAN I BOOK A LAST-MINUTE SESSION?

Absolutely! A booking request will need to be confirmed from the fitness expert via the app, and then you’re all set.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A BOOKING?

We understand, life gets busy. If you need to cancel your session, you can send a message via the app. Where possible, please give 24 hours notice so that someone else can take your spot.

 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY FITNESS PROFESSIONAL HAS THE RIGHT CREDENTIALS?

I.AM fitness experts are screened before they are listed on I.AM, ensuring you only get access to qualified professionals. Fitness experts list qualifications on their profile, and you are also able to view trainer reviews to help you select the right one for you. 

 

Your safety is very important to I.AM. We recommend that you read the I.AM Buddy System guidelines in the T & C’s.
